ALMTのキメラタンパク質を植物細胞に発現させることで3価金属イオンへの応答性が高まることを明らかにした論文がBBA−Biomembranesに掲載されされました。

ミヤコグサALMTが根粒近くで発現し、リンゴ酸だけでなくフマル酸やコハク酸も輸送可能なジカルボン酸トランスポーターであることを明らかにしました。京都大学・生存研との共同研究です。

日本土壌肥料学会(佐賀大学)で2演題発表しました
2016年9月11日
トマトの果実成熟の過程で発現する2つのSlALMT4,SlALMT5を同定しました。2つは果実の種子につながる維管束で発現しており、種子へのリンゴ酸輸送が推測されました。そこで、SlALMT5の過剰発現トマトを作出し、解析した結果、種子中のリンゴ酸とクエン酸含量が増大していたことから、SlALMT5は種子の有機酸含量の調節に関わることが解かりました。 この研究は岡山大学・植物研と農学部の共同研究です。論文はPlant Cell Physiol. 11月に掲載されました。
