New IPSR director starts from April-1

A new director Prof. Dr. Wataru Sakamoto took over his duties on April-1, 2019 after replacing Prof. Dr. Masahiko Maekawa who has retired from the University last year. We thank our former director for his devoted 4 year service in the office and wish our newly appointed director all the best in audaciously promoting the bold scientific status of IPSR  in the future.
